Theo Gomes, born in 1982 in Pernambuco, lives and works in Rio de Janeiro. He is a visual artist and multidisciplinary designer. With over 20 years of experience in advertising, he has extensive expertise in design, interactivity, and creative processes. He works in a wide variety of media, including installations, drawings, paintings, sculptures, and digital art.
Throughout his career as an art director, he has created for renowned brands such as Tim, Oi, GSK, Shell, Coca-Cola, and many other prominent companies.
His artistic journey is marked by an ongoing pursuit of detail, contrasts, and simplicity.
His works are based on a balance of abstract memories, feelings, and sensations, as well as a reimagining of material usage, influenced by his creative childhood and origins. His inspiration is minimalist, abstract, and timeless, resulting in creations that transcend time and trends.
