Aleksandra Krasnopolska is a Ukrainian sculptor based in Spain whose practice is rooted in intuition and embodied experience. She believes that sculptural form becomes a trace of the artist’s inner state, carrying the energy embedded in it through the act of creation.
Working primarily with stoneware clay, Krasnopolska creates biomorphic sculptures without sketches or predetermined outcomes, allowing forms to emerge intuitively through a process she calls Flow Art. Her work explores the transformation of inner experience into tangible form and the ways personal perception becomes embedded in material.
Rather than representing specific subjects, her sculptures embody traces of presence, feeling, and the ongoing dialogue between the body, the unconscious, and the material. Each work carries an inner impulse: the need to feel, to connect, and to translate inner experience into form.
