EDUCATION
Kathleen is an artist and textile designer creating art and luxury textiles for her label, Storm Lily. Inspired by her lifelong love of books and stories, her work also draws inspiration from the ethereal style of 'Glasgow Girls', Margaret MacDonald Mackintosh, and Jessie M King.
With her own contemporary take on the sinuous lines of the Arts & Crafts aesthetic, Kathleen explores both traditional and digital processes to weave magical narratives through her detailed, hand-drawn pieces.
Blending darkness with femininity and imbued with symbolism, her work contains stories and metaphors that resonate, inviting you to escape into dream-like worlds of the imagination where anything is possible.
