Robin Danks

Robin Danks is a US-based visual artist whose work is defined by bold textures, vibrant palettes, and expressive mark-making. After more than 30 years in the healthcare field, a life-changing loss in 2014 led her to fully embrace her lifelong passion for art. Working under the name “Danksy,” she explores a wide range of media including acrylics, India ink, found objects, and mixed materials, blending spontaneity with intention to create work that is both energetic and deeply personal.
A proud member of the Wichita Fine Art Atelier, Danks continues to expand her practice, pushing the boundaries of form, color, and texture while cultivating a creative voice rooted in instinct, imagination, and freedom.
