• Presentación: Es un placer saludarles, Soy Jaime, también artista multidisciplinar, creativo y escritor. Pero lo más importante, persona. Me encanta la frase del Principito: "Lo esencial es invisible a los ojos." A la cual añado: "Pero precisamente por todo lo que vemos, no vemos lo esencial." Empecé muy joven creando; mi padre siempre decía: Hijo, siempre inventando. ( con una sonrisa). Como diría Einstein: "La creatividad es la inteligencia divirtiéndose." Yo no sé si es la inteligencia o el tipo de atención. Todos somos muy ignorantes pero no todo ignoramos las mismas cosas. I never imagined that drawing, which has always accompanied me since I learned to pick up a pencil, would lead me to what is now my existential way of life. Drawing has led me to painting, then to photography and digital art, mediums that have allowed me to achieve my purposes such as creative expression and the great pleasure of exploration. My technique, which has never renounced the traditional, has expanded to the use of new technologies, developing new resources with peculiar and atypical characteristics such as the infiltration of colour thanks to angles of light and shadow. Clear example: "Ulysses" (2016). Currently, I am hooked on the method of expression and management of events with which I process reality. I work with images, which I extract from my own personal archive stored in my head and that time has been compiling, there I find references of my experiences and evolution that allow me to feel part of a world that was completely unknown to me but that nowadays is my major reference of my home or even my own spiritual refuge. For me art is the connection with the whole, it lets what I have inside me flow, it is also a way of being honest with myself... like an abstract that opens its expressionist vein to others.
