Born1950 San Francisco,California,North American and
grew up in a small town south of Portland.

I aspired to be an artist at a young age. It was at this point I developed a passion for the arts

My work has taking me in many different direction and a desire to discovery and invent. This curiosity of inventing and exploring is how we continue the realization of new and provocative visual art. These inventions and discoveries of making art. lead us into the unknown.The artist has to abandon tradition and develop a thought process asking new questions about the way art might be constructed and/or what art is. To apply theories and concepts that are not accepted as art (yet). This is a method in which to explore new paths to take in order to expand what is already embraced.

To approach this theory, I am influenced from the world around myself and my own invention from this influence.Whether it be combinations of techniques, styles, materials or concepts; the intention is to create a singular entity or interpretation. This is the bases of my work, an approach to art that is not a single style, technique or concept. It is a method bringing together influences, inventions and challenges to the way we perceive how art is made.
