"È ancora presto" Painting

Born in Cagliari, Italy, in 1970. Lives and works in Rome. "A painter is like the sea, it can’t but reflect the Sky" My painting investigates the human figure in relation to the natural environment, focusing on the revelatory quality of this bond through a figurative language that integrates elements of structural tension and dynamic suspension. In my vision, the nude figure is an expression of integrity and individual freedom – a subject that, unburdened by veils or filters, represents the active conquest of one’s own state of being, detached from conditioning and self-censorship. The figures are immersed in natural contexts that vibrate with energy, spaces that host moments of intense manifestation where the scenery acquires an enigmatic and elusive aura, suggesting the realization of something invisible. The work explores the dialectic between the concreteness of paint and the power of the unsaid, placing itself in a dialogue between sensory realism and dreamlike suggestion.
