I am a Bangalore based artist who also works as a User Experience consultant, designing mobile and web apps.

I create 'Kerala Mural Art' on canvas inspired by Indian mythology. These are paintings which depicts different scenes from Indian epics/myths. They are composed of vibrant colours and intricate details. Olden times, these art used to be drawn on temple walls using natural colours. As my mother is a devout Hindu, I used to spend so much time in temples as a child. That is when I came across these splendid paintings with attractive colour palette. I started recreating them on canvas using water colours.

In 2006, I received a national price for designing a miniature sheet for Indian postal department. The topic was 'Mythological Hero'. I had drawn a painting in 'Kerala Mural Style' which depicted 'Krishna' dancing on the snake demon 'Kaliyan' after saving the localites of 'Vrindavan'.

I also create other kinds of art like zentangles, paintings from real life & concept art.
Some times I try to recreate from real life. Sometimes, the intension is to create certain emotion and feel to the viewer. Other times it is just to create a beautiful piece with perfect lines and symmetry which can adorn any wall.
