Radha Reddy

As an artist hailing from Hyderabad, India, my journey into the world of art began in my early childhood. The vibrant cultural backdrop of my hometown ignited my passion for artistic expression. Upon marriage, I relocated to London, where my self-taught artistic journey evolved.
It was during my eight-year stint in Bombay that my commitment to art deepened. Starting with silk paintings, I eventually explored diverse mediums. My artistic exploration led to the creation of two distinctive collections. The first, inspired by whirling dervishes, reflects the mystical dance of life, capturing the essence of movement and spirituality. The second collection focuses on portraiture, intricately capturing the nuances of individuals, telling their unique stories on canvas.
The culmination of my artistic endeavors was marked by my inaugural exhibition at the State Gallery of Art. Since then, my art has traversed borders, with exhibitions in London, Bombay, and a recent showcase at the Art Gallery of Malaysia in 2023. Each piece reflects not only my personal evolution but also the diverse cultural influences that have shaped my artistic identity.
