Elvin Nabizade (b. 1986, Bolnisi, Georgia) is an Azerbaijani sculptor and installation artist based in Baku. His practice explores the invisible forces that shape human existence, examining how relationships between people, nature, cultural memory, and collective responsibility become visible through material and space.
Working across sculpture, public art, and large-scale installations, Nabizade transforms familiar objects, natural elements, and cultural symbols into conceptual works that investigate processes of transformation, vulnerability, and coexistence. Rather than representing fixed narratives, his projects create situations in which materials themselves become active participants, revealing the continuous interaction between human actions and the environments they inhabit.
His work has been presented internationally, including the 57th Venice Biennale, SCOPE Miami, Zona MACO, Révélations Paris, MuseumsQuartier Vienna, YARAT Contemporary Art Space, and Fly to Baku Art Weekend. His works are held in private collections and have been exhibited across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
