Iryna Barsuk

Iryna Barsuk is Ukrainian contemporary full-time artist.
My practice has strong influence from my sketching passion, observation of nature and people. Capturing the shapes or movement and retranslating them in my works, adding distorted color palettes. Sheer imprints form an illusional decoration, surreal shapes, captured from a retina. As the world evolves into an aggressive and destruction mode, my mission is to create safe escaping realms with my art.
I am a self taught artist, having participated in numerous workshops and classes in person and online over the last 15 years.
In 2023 I was represented by two galleries in Madrid.
