His paintings are a kind of play with the viewer. He depicts only the "shell", the surface outlines of the images, and the viewer "finishes", thinks out the details of the picture on his own. He conducts a dialogue with the viewer: "Do you remember those fish in the pond?", "Do you remember that mesmerizing sunset?" The images from his paintings are familiar to everyone and it allow you to plunge into memories, remind you of some moments.
The philosophy of these paintings is that it is enough to show only the basic forms, the rest will be recreated in the viewer's head.
In his works the artist expresses personal impressions and view on surroundings, beginning from the borderless natural spaces up to tiny tree leaves or birds’ color. He turned his experience in the graphic design into a painting practice.
He mainly focuses on the shape and geometry of a particular object, while excluding the abundance of details. Simple, recognizable forms are tempered with abstraction in the author’s artworks. The crucial working principle is all about simplifying and redefining of everything seen.
