Cindy Lesperance

Cindy Lesperance is an award-winning visual artist who resides and works out of her studio in the NW suburbs of Chicago.                

She is President of FUSEDChicago – a Chicago based organization of Midwest artists who work in encaustic, a member of the Northwest Area Arts Council, and the David Adler Art Center.  

Her art has been exhibited and has earned awards in many juried shows, galleries and museums throughout the Chicagoland area and across the country. 

She has been the featured artist in Encaustic Arts Magazine, Winter Edition 2017 and ACS Magazine and on the cover of the January 2019 edition of the Journal of Financial Service Professionals.  

Her work is displayed in private and public collections throughout the nation and is on view as part of the permanent collection of the Encaustic Art Institute in Santa Fe, New Mexico. 

ARTIST STATEMENT
I love spending time in nature, traveling, and learning about other cultures:  their art, traditions, and architecture.  Always aware of color, pattern, and texture, these experiences are inspiration for my work.
