Irina Rosenfeldt

I paint only six works a year. Each one is a complex act of self-renewal—an origin, a threshold, a leap. My art is discovery: fragile flight, breaking doubt, and earning the right to disorder the air.

Born in 1968 in Buenos Aires, Argentina,Irina Rosenfeldt is a painter inspired by the world of neuroscience and oneiric universes. Graduated studies in advertising and marketing (International Trade College, London). Undergraduate studies in psychology in Universidad de Palermo (Buenos Aires). In 2000 she begins painting classes with Ariel Mlynarcewicz and Tomás Fracchia. From 2005 until 2015 she attended Sergio Bazán painting classes. In 2014, she participated at “Cazadores” Lab. Barreda Roux Bazan) and in 2015 she gets a grant to participate at PAC (Contemporary Artistic Practices) Lab programme.
