Jass Mia

Born, lives and works in Hong Kong. Nurtured in a place with mixed culture, and graduated from the best Academy of traditional Chinese ink in her city, Jass Mia explored with traditional Chinese Media and created her unique contemporary works.


"I wanted to create works with contentment and liberty, as well as depict the beauty of Chinese traditional materials. The knowledge of traditions won't limit my creation, they are sources of inspiration and enjoyment. I often start with fragments of ideas and go with the flow, every piece of work would be an enjoyable process." - Jass Mia
