Anil Nene

I am born and brought up in small town on west coast of India. I had always been surrounded by sea and lots of greenery. I am currently settled at a high altitude city in west. I am an architect and artist.
My work is primarily focused on creation of that extra ordinary spatial experience from ordinary scenes. I get inspired when ever I see play of light, texture, color, shade and shadows or something that resonates with peace, love, tranquility, calm, quiet, touching the heart of any one from any walk of life.
I prefer watercolors because they match my speed of responding to the subject. I am also doing Acrylic paintings on canvas board.
I want to spread joy and happiness through my artworks/paintings. I am all the time exploring connection between art, architecture, music and real life.
