For thirty-five years through his paintings and sculptures, painter and sculptor Pedja Petkovic, captures brief moments of reality, the living spaces, such as streets, shop windows, entrances, which modern man often overlook in constant chase after money and success.
His paintings are made in three dimensions, which represents the direction of artistic expression that is called "slikogradnja" (literal translation is "construction of paintings").
He has made more than 2,000 paintings that have been sold throughout the world.
The most famous galleries in Belgrade are selling his paintings, but also many of his artwork is owned by private collectors from Hungary, Austria, France, Great Britain, Canada, and the Middle East countries.
Sculpting was his first obsession which he woven into the rest of his work.
