Lance Paull

My work is an exploration of narratives, ideas and emotions that define and illuminate my experiences. Using the language of sight I search for symbols and characters, much like the narratives left behind since we started painting on cave walls enabling us to speak and illuminate.

Religion, mythology, poetry and my internal world inform my creations and give me the context for perceiving, making and discovering—a complex world that includes a portion of artifice and magical thinking.
