I paint with gestures. I am inspired by Abstract Expressionists' paintings, and archaic cave paintings. Instead of painting in caves, I paint the caves--the environments, the emotion that comes from the environments. I typically build up layers and often deconstruct. Each layer is its own free, emotive, personal composition loosely based on previous layers. My goal is to create paintings that are less related to objective reality, and more related to communicating selfless perspectives. While trying to achieve this goal, I use the highest quality painting materials and ensure the quality of the painting is met before publishing for sale.
