Alex Klimek

AlexKlimek (Aleksandra Bobusia nee Klimek) passion for drawing and painting began in her youth. Growing up in Poland in picturesque mountain area while watching her dad spend hours expressing his passion through oil painting and craft, she developed a love and appreciation for the arts. After graduating with a Master of Teaching Fine Arts degree in painting and Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in sculpture from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, she was freelancer graphic designer for a while. She is currently reside in Dublin, Ireland.

She is an impressionist landscape painter and expressionist working in oil on canvas. She is fascinated by the color, nature, animals, wild birds and variety found in nature. The landscapes are her mainly motif. With every painting she seeks to translate her feelings in order to lend energy and life to her imaginary subject matter.
