Nace en Azul, Provincia. de Buenos Aires, Argentina. A partir de los 12 años asiste a cursos de dibujo y pintura en M.E.B.A., Buenos Aires. Comienza sus estudios de Bellas Artes en la “Escuela Nacional Luciano Fortabat”, de la ciudad de Azul. Finalizados los mismos, se traslada a Mar del Plata, donde continúa el profesorado de pintura en la “Escuela de Artes Visuales Martín Malharro”. Concurre a clases de dibujo en el taller de Marta Porreta, discípula de Leo Vinci. Regresa a Buenos Aires, y termina sus estudios de pintura en la “Escuela Nacional Prilidiano Pueyrredón”. Asiste al taller de Néstor Cruz. Las pinturas de Enriqueta Aguiló se encuentran en colecciones particulares de Argentina, Estados Unidos, Francia, Inglaterra, Suecia, Brasil, Uruguay, Chile y España.
