American painter, Donna Bruni is known for creating atmospheric paintings with broad, richly layered planes of color. Her compositions are based on form and flux of natural environments and urban neighborhoods. Daily observation of light, air, water, wind, earth, sky, seasons and life cycles become contextual elements in her landscape inspired works on canvas.
Donna Bruni grew up in Yardley, Pennsylvania and began her career in the arts as a graphic design business owner in the New York metropolitan area. Her paintings are held in private and public collections in Chicago, New York, Boston, Minneapolis, Miami, Nantucket, Naples, Los Angeles, Seattle, Rome, Italy.
