Irsa Phanis

Although born in sunny Cyprus, i grew up in London England where i spent a total of 13 years. I studied at central St. martins, UCE and London College of Fashion the courses of ceramics, mosaics, 3D Design and Fashion styling. After my studies and many many travels i returned home to Cyprus when i was 23 and worked as an Art Director for a popular production house, a fashion stylist for our top fashion magazine and an art teacher at the English private school. At the age of 25 i started with my sister Marti Art and Design school that was soon established as a highly successful school teaching Art at the highest level to children as young as 4 ,O-Levels / A-Levels to teenagers and foundation studies to university undergraduates.
Teaching is the job i love and i combine this with with my passion for all the arts as a freelance and commission based artist.
