Driven by her interests in atmosphere, stimulation of the senses, embodied experience and social engagement, Jasmine Grace’s artworks build shared experiences between people that evoke senses of wonder, joy and unity.
Art, for Jasmine is about exploring lived experience, principally through the creation of immersive atmospheres.
Installation art incorporating light, sound, colour and scale are a prominent focus in her public practice. Her installations act as interventions in the use and transformation of spaces, creating shifts in atmosphere that cultivate impactful personal encounters on a social and emotional level. Jasmine’s holistic approach allows people the opportunity to engage in a creative experience that acts as a stimulant in the recalibration of one’s state of being.
