Mihaela Ivanova

My name is Mihaela, and I live and work in Sofia, Bulgaria. I have a deep appreciation for the timeless beauty of classic black-and-white photography. My love for vintage aesthetics, combined with a friend's thoughtful advice, led me to set aside my digital camera for the most part. However, I still occasionally use it for experimental work. I’ve found a unique charm and challenge in shooting with an analogue medium format camera, embracing the artistry of traditional black-and-white film development.

I have graduated the New Bulgarian University, Bachelors program Visual Arts – Photography module in 2011.
