Zoe Lunar (Mexico City, 1991) is a visual artist whose work is an introspective journey where time folds and reality transforms. His practice explores the complexities of time, perception, and identity, combining traditional techniques such as oil painting with contemporary drawing and illustration to create pieces that oscillate between the tangible and the ethereal. Through delicate lines, folds, and chromatic distortions, Zoe invites the viewer to question how we experience the present and to inhabit the space between memory and presence. His work evokes a sensation of movement suspended in time, as if a single instant stretched across multiple moments. Deeply influenced by the poetics of quantum theory and the experience of inhabited space, he constructs visual narratives that turn the instant into living matter. His works have been exhibited in galleries in Mexico and abroad, and are part of private collections in China, Turkey, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Beyond his artistic practice, Zoe shares his creative process and reflections on digital platforms, promoting the teaching and dissemination of art—from painting and drawing techniques to discussions about the artist’s life. He invites you to immerse yourself in a world where time unfolds and perception renews itself.
