Carlo Gardani

I’m Carlo Gardani, an Italian painter, photographer, and digital artist—born in Rome with roots in Cremona.
I use bold colors and freeform shapes to express my visionary ideas, often reworking them until I reach the effect I’m aiming for.
My work reflects a personal need for introspection, inviting a range of emotions and encouraging critical thought.

I studied the classics—Latin, Greek, philosophy and all that—but drawing came later, both as a profession and an outlet (blame it on a brain that never stops thinking!).
I spent over 40 years working in graphic design and advertising, and most of what I know, I’ve learned by doing... and doing again.

Participated in EroticArt, a contemporary art exhibition held in Bologna, Italy (May 2025).
