I was born and raised in the Lower mainland of B.C. Canada and moved to Campbell River on beautiful Vancouver Island in 2017 for our retirement, this is when the serious paint brushes came out of hiding and the madness began...
I paint mainly in acrylics and have many subjects I enjoy painting, abstracts, landscapes and pet portraits, hence my nickname the "Moodist"... I prefer to paint intuitively but every once in awhile I enjoy painting from my very large collection of photos. I find the painting usually picks me, not the other way around...

I am mainly self taught, but I do have art in my genes. My father was a world renowned gag Cartoonist and my 2 brothers are both very talented in the art and music fields.
I have recently completed the CVP 2021 course with Nicholas Wilton and The Find Your Joy with Louise Fletcher plus many more online classes in the past 3 years.
My works hang in homes worldwide, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Romania, Hawaii, Continental US and Canada.
