Dawn is a photographer based in Los Angeles specialising in portraiture and travel. With a diverse background both technical and creative, Dawns career in film and television special effects in Los Angeles and London has been recognised by various industry awards. Her work in visual effects is now combined with her passion for photography and travel. Her strong empathy for her subject pulls the viewer into a world often unseen while her rich creative background brings a seemingly effortless and classic sense of composition.
Her fine art has been exhibited in London, New York and Los Angeles and is in private collections around the world.
"Essaouira Street", from her Morocco collection was selected for the Royal Academy of Arts summer exhibition in 2009
After moving to Los Angeles Dawn spent four years working on her coffee table portrait book "California Dreaming: Real Life Stories of Brits in LA" featuring portraits and stories 50 of her fellow Brits in LA from different walks of life including acrobats, actors, an olympic boxer and a butler.Visit to purchase the book.
