Greetings,
I am a late career photographer curating my 50-year archive and selecting limited edition images for the Saatchi Art online gallery.
I have always tried to create images that invite the viewer in and encourage my collectors to want to "live" with my images in their homes and offices.
I have always tried not to confuse myself with Michelangelo.

My "formal" education took place at the U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis MD (Engineering) and San Francisco State University (Broadcast Communication Arts)
With a life-long passion for visual arts, I embarked on a disciplined (most of the time) pursuit of knowledge of the photographic image and printing. I've built darkrooms in several venues and residences and took numerous seminars and classes in darkroom printing as well as numerous courses and seminars in photographic techniques. I have also made a study of the work of master photographers.

In the past 50 years I've exhibited in everything from bars, restaurants and coffee shops, my own "open studios" and galleries in San Francisco, California and Portland, Oregon.

My work is owned by many private collectiors and businesses.
