In my paintings I try to express the meaninglessness that surround us. None of my works is intentional. Rather each work develops and evolves over time. I have never liked to explain a certain piece of work, simply because I don’t know what to say. Why would I want to paint something if I am able to talk about it? My paintings are not intended to communicate any rational meanings. There are no fixed, defined, and predetermined ideas. One is invited to wander in the midst of the colors, shapes, and lines.
My use of colors suggests certain notion of uncertainty and instability and my use of letters suggest the absolute deficiency of human language to express any meaningful idea. While I use a variety of materials in each project my style is consistent.
