Kateryna Biletina

Katerina Biletina is a painter and a book graphic artist, known to the general public primarily as a portrait painter. She was born in Yekaterinburg (Russia) in 1977.
Katerina works in the genre of romantic realism, in her works she harmoniously combines academic painting, secession and love for folk painting. In the course of 16 years she has been working on Ukrainian Portrait project - a series of picturesque portraits of contemporaries from different regions of Ukraine in authentic Ukrainian costumes. These works are represented in private collections in Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv, Berlin, Los Angeles, Vilnius. Katerina lives and works in Odesa.
