1981-1984 Amsterdam, Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten - Amsterdam School of the Arts, AHK/d'Witte Lelie Lerarenopleiding (Tehatex) - Study trip to Italy: Florence, Siena, Fiesole.
1979 - Travel to Russia, China, Mongolia thanks to my mentor.
Received my earliest art touches (London - Paris - Amsterdam: Stedelijk Museum, Rijksmuseum, Louvre) and influences from my parents, both (copper) engravers working in their art studios at home: litho and etching printmaking, photography, silk screening, drawings, paintings, sculptures in wood, polychromed wood and stone.
