Rosanne Bredenhann

I've been drawing and doodling since a very young age and have always found that it soothes me. At first I wanted to take my creative ways into a fashion direction, but then I discovered I was happiest painting. In addition to drawing and painting, I enjoy reading and always try to incorporate that into my art. I also have the most vivid dreams that I would like to create on canvas one day in a successful surrealist range. But I mostly like to paint figures and landscapes in an Impressionist style.

I studied at the Andrew Owen School of Art in Somerset-West, Cape Town in South Africa. It was a 3 year diploma course in Fine Art and I completed my final year in 2014.

My first exhibition was our graduate exhibition at the college and then I had an exhibition at a gallery/library centre for a charity event and my third exhibition was at a guest house in my home town.
