Rudy Rotter (American, 1913 - 2001) was a passionate self-taught artist living in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. He created more than 15,000 works of art over 45 years until his passing in 2001.
Rotter was an Outsider artist who made art daily for decades driven by the strength of his own vision.
The artist's work was a part of the Outsider Art Fair 2019 in NYC and recently featured in a large retrospective of the artist's work at the Rahr-West Art Museum in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
