Susanne Hendricks

My technique consists of carefully layering colors on canvas or paper. I create a dense, subtle and slowly deepening mixture of overlapping colors and lines. My work is an abstract and unique view of the nature. the german forest and the trees are my main inspiration.I am inspired by the area with the lake constance in the south of germany.
I am currently working with strong, light acrylic paints and neon tones, my color combinations should fascinate the senses and reveal something unexpected.

born in Mannheim, business studies at the University of Mannheim, art education with several artists in the Stuttgart area, studies at the free art school Stuttgart and the European art academy Trier, eight-year studio community in the art association Böblingen, art award of the city of Herrenberg for painting, member of the Konstanzer and Böblinger art association , Co-organizer of the Herrenberg Street Gallery, co-producer of the Kavaliershaus Gallery in Langenargen, member of the IBC (international bodensee club )
