My art explores the relationship between human beings and colors, and therefore the influence that the latter have had on our mind and body. Strongly influenced by the work of Mark Rothko, my research started after in 2001 I found myself in front of his large canvases, which strongly marked my research.
Since my childhood I have been attracted to all forms of art: from singing, to ceramics, to theater, dance, writing and architecture, which has become my profession for many years, along with teaching in the University. Painting, on the other hand, has always been present but emerged with great power in 2015. And my project was to continue to explore the power of colors again. Colors that express my roots, my own history. I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and in 1988 I moved to Italy. Since then, I lived in Urbino, Rome, Milan and now I'm based in Piacenza. I had the fortune to travel a lot, so my works came from many images, parfums, impressions and sensations that I perceived.

Thia Path studied painting and sculpture at the Escuela de Bellas Artes de Quilmes and with the Maestro Aldo Severi. Since 1980 she enrolled at the Buenos Aires Faculty of Architecture and at the same time attended the workshop of the artist and muralist Elisa Algranati. After graduating in 1986, she won a scholarship to study sustainable architecture in Urbino, Italy. In 1989 she moved to Rome, where she works as an architect and university teacher. He studied ceramics in Rome and England and attended painting courses with the Spanish artist Alberto Parres and the Argentine master Manuel Oliveira. In 2012 she settled in Piacenza and in 2016 she opened her art workshop dedicating herself to painting and teaching art in schools. Her works are present in the most important international online art galleries and in various private collections in the USA, China, Chile, France, Spain, Sweden, England, Portugal, Argentina and Italy. She has exhibited her works in Venice, Milan, Paris, Ravenna and Piacenza.
