Yura Harutyunyan

Yura Harutyunyan:
I was born in 1950 in Armenia, in Yerevan.
In 1975 I took part in the open exposition of Avant-Garde in Yerevan. Since 1985, I am a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. In 1987, five works were presented in the Museum of Modern Art in Stockholm. In 1990 I participated in the exhibition "Express avant-garde" with 5 works of avant-gardists of the USSR, then I was shown in Moscow, Vienna, New York, in the gallery "Avangard". In 1994 I opened my first solo exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art of Armenia. The Union of Artists of Armenia with great gratitude opened its second exhibition of 75 works of art. In 2012, my 3 works were exhibited at Expo Beijing. My art works are in the National Gallery of Armenia, in the Museum of Modern Art. My works are also in Vienna in New York, Moscow, Toronto, the Netherlands, Munich, Beijing, as well as in private collections. May 27, 2017 I participated in the Abstract without borders of the international festival in Moscow.
On February 10, 2018, with the support of the David Rowe Foundation and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, I took part in a seminar entitled "Abstraction: abstraction: abstraction. Return to the Future "and the III International Festiv...

In 1969 I entered the Panos Terlemezyan Higher Technical College with a degree in art. I graduated in 1973.
