Lisa Yukari

I’m Lisa Yukari.
My art lives between two spaces: silence and light. I create paintings inspired by the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi — embracing imperfection, time-worn textures, and quiet moments. These works are for those who find beauty in the sound of leaves, the cracks in the surface, the breath of wind.

At the same time, there’s a different kind of energy in me — vibrant, spontaneous, full of joy. I call it dopamine art. These are works where I simply celebrate color, rhythm, and emotion. I believe art doesn’t always need to explain itself — sometimes, it just wants to smile.

I don’t search for perfect forms. I search for feeling. My paintings are reflections of what I see and sense within: sometimes lightness, sometimes calm, sometimes a spark.
