My work is a painted collage which is fueled by colors and shapes of memory and those inspirational elements that trigger the deeply felt urge to be painted.

I think about the construct of time a lot and I try to find ways to depict aspects and ideas of time, timing or the passing of time and how it affects us in our lives as humans.

Making art is like diving deep into this otherworldly, mysterious parallel universe, where everything is possible.
My paintings feel like a souvenir from this place, they are a proof that I have been there.
