Dave Tester

I grew up in West Sussex, England and from an early age had a keen interest in modern & contemporary art and viewed exhibitions at the major London galleries and museums.

My career started by working at an auction house in London's Bond Street, followed by several years at a retail venue in the heart of Mayfair.

I've been a collector for many years and recently started my creative journey with abstract photography and fine art acrylic painting.

For over 30 years I've been a student of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and find that painting is the perfect mindful meditation practice, where I can hopefully bring a sense of space, stillness, and emptiness to my work.

Self-taught but have completed courses at MOMO in New York with Corey D'Augustine on post-war abstract painting.
