Installation artist.
I like to work with found/collected or just different items.
Within the salon I've utilised hundreds of used tint tubes or collected champagne corks and their cages.
Last year; as you can see, I utilised the Roumbout coffee filters which are served to clients of the salon.
This year I've been captured by the design and colour of the Nespresso coffee Capsules.
Over 3000 were collected, from various sources.
The Star of Bethlehem has a 2.5mt drop and is 1.4mt wide. made from: 6mm MDF, modelling card, chicken wire and trace paper. It is covered in over 2000 of the capsules.
It will hang at The Kieran Group until January 6th 2012, then it will be entered in the summer show at The Royal Academy London.
