My name is Genc Rodiqi and I have been drawing all my life in all kinds of different materials but never in my slightest dreams have I thought of becoming an artist. At the age of 53, in 2018, encouraged by my closest friends and my family, I started creating serious art with immediate international success. I am self taught and I produce only what comes directly from my brain and hands. I refuse to take any drawing classes nor to look into any kind of drawing or painting tutorials. Saying this, I dislike being called outsider artist because that does not represent the true picture about my self.
