Alessia Delvecchio

The foundation of my research is on trying to awake awareness in human being, to find the communion with his soul in recognition of his spirituality.
Since the first works Apparenze (Appearances, 1998), I have faced the theme of the dualism: the reality is the true appearance of something else. I have taken the viewer, through an artistic performance punctuated by sounds and lights, to immerse himself into the world of the soul (I Quattro Elementi in Pittura e Musica, The Four Elements in Painting and Music, 2002). I have investigated the deepest shades of love (I Volti dell’Amore, The Faces of Love, 2004), I have understood that love and freedom are the foundation of this society and that to become a real human being we must always exceed ourselves (Pensieri su Nietzsche, Thoughts about Nietzsche, 2006). We need a great will to change this world, it is necessary to go back to the principles that have made this reality to be able to fully understand it (The First Man Into Space, 2011 and Archetipi, 2011).
In The Time of the Eternity (2014), I investigated myself and I become aware of who I am.
