Ron Tear

I was first an artist (working in all mediums ) with an interest in photography. It became my main focus about 40 years ago, since then it has snowballed. I have been published in nearly all the UK photographic magazines, several books ( Portraits of Adventure being the most notable ) A finalist twice in Wildlife Photographer of the Year, 2013, 2014. I take a variety of images from studio to wildlife, a very keen amateur !! black and white is a personal favourite too. I have held exhibitions in my local area and been exhibited through out the UK. I am also a photographic judge with the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain, an A panel judge within the East Anglian Federation, an adjudicator for the Royal Photographic Society also. I lecture to organisations and take part in entering my work into Salons ( I hold the distinctions of ARPS, MPAGB, PSA 3* BPE 3*) I also sell my images. I love photography !!!

I am part of an exhibition in Loughton organised by the Arts Council this month.
