Elvira Sultanova was born in 1993 in the city of Yekaterinburg, Russia. She started drawing at the age of 7 when she asked her parents to enroll her in a school art studio. Then her creative way began, at that moment the love of painting was born.
After 5 years, she realized that school drawing lessons weren't enough and her friend invited her to go to an art school together. The level of knowledge and teaching there was of course, completely different.
Since then, brushes, paints and pencils have not left her hands.

What is her oeuvre about? The main 3 directions of Elvira's work are landscapes, animals and nudity. She paints pictures in the style of realism, but with elements of abstraction, and sometimes expressionism.
“I want my paintings to feel life, both in the idea of ​​the artwork and in its execution. I want my art to evoke different emotions in the viewers: it can be joy, and delight, and admiration, or vice versa, sadness, longing, perhaps a feeling of loneliness.
