Alua Tebenova

Alua Tebenova is a Kazakhstani artist based in Romania whose paintings have been exhibited in both nations. Through her works, she endeavors to combine certain philosophical aspects with the symbolism attributed to the ethnogenesis of the nomadic people of Central Asia. Tebenova's artistic expression is diverse, she alternates between classical realism and abstract expressionism, fusing the traditional with the modern.

2016 – 2018: Master`s degree in Fine Arts, University of Art and Design Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
2011 – 2015: Bachelor`s degree in Fine Arts Pedagogy, Karaganda State University, Kazakhstan.
