Kanit Boonwit

I am a contemporary abstract painter based in the U.S., working with acrylic and oil on canvas. My work is an ongoing exploration of memory, emotion, and the spaces in between. Each painting begins without a fixed plan—I build, layer, scrape, and uncover as the piece evolves, much like how memories surface and fade over time.

My process is intuitive and deeply connected to presence. The textures, marks, and subtle shifts that emerge are invitations for viewers to pause, reflect, and connect with their own inner landscapes.

My paintings are held in private collections across the U.S. and internationally, and I continue to evolve my practice through exploration, reflection, and the quiet discipline of showing up to the canvas. Thank you for being here and sharing in this journey.
