Herman Dante

I'm dante, I'm from Indonesia, I was born in 1986 and grew up and lived in the city of Kendal. I live in a small town, and start small, but I have a very big dream.

I like drawing since I was a child, the talent for painting flowed in my veins from my father, even though he was not an artist, I did not take formal art education, but it did not matter to me to continue to explore my talents, for nowadays the means of learning art can anywhere, the internet is one of them, and building networks and friendships to be able to continue to update information about anything related to art. actively participate in exhibitions and other art activities. My work for the moment is focused on figurative realism, more on the issues of personal memory, self-criticism, and possibly also responding to issues surrounding, socially, culturally and perhaps politics.

Self taught artist, I'm active in community with fellow artists in the city, which we call Sanggar Lontong Opor among its activities is an art exhibition.
