Born in Paris in 1977, Axel Ingé studied painting and drawing at the Académie Charpentier and philosophy at La Sorbonne before studying in interior design at the École supérieure des arts modernes (ESAM). For twenty years he worked as an interior designer in France and abroad, while continuing his artistic practice. He moved to Bordeaux in 2014 and is now fully involved in his artistic research.
